I’m going to make this short, because initially i have planned to post a long blog post since yesterday and I have been trying to upload pictures and videos into the newly updated version of Wordpress. I can’t upload anything and they kept saying ‘Security rules violation. Your IP has been logged. Please report this incidence with your IP address of this browser session to the site owner or server administrator if this is a false-positive’. LIKE I don’t even understand what do they mean by my IP has been logged???
ARGGHH!!!! 
Tell me how not to be frustrated.

I’ve tried searching the Wordpress support forum and there seems to be no threads on the security issues. I suspect a problem with your sister’s .htaccess file. I’m confident that she’ll fix it
