Sha Niu’s Story

Well it’s been exactly a month since I stepped foot on the Land Down Under and I hadn’t really been productive for this one whole month besides eating and attending two weeks of class so far which is pretty okay. I THINK i lost my skills of making friends or maybe it’s a total different environment to me. Anyways, when mummy and Tian was still here, we were all babysitting a 5 months old puppy for a week or so.

I forgotten what is his breed called but I like and dislike him. Dislike because he shit and wee everywhere. Like simply because he’s cute! He reminds me of Snoopy though.

After my mummy left my sister and I to go back home in KL, my sister took over the kitchen again and prepared some meals I’ve never really tried before back in KL.

Not Bad Simply mouth-watering eh? I know what are you all thinking, wah she eat all these food, CONFIRM FAT! BUT be rest assured, i’m not anywhere near gaining a kg or two YET?

Went out with Andrea the Illegal Flasher to the city last Friday, it was a fun and tiring day because we DID walked alot i think? Sigh, this is what happens, when it comes to girls who are so fond of shopping, they wouldn’t realise how long the distance they’ve walked because our minds are totally deluded with the pretty pretty things around us.

Both of us with our ‘Kau-chai’ shades but I failed terribly lar. I want my refund!!

Tiba-tibaly we were both craving for fish & chips and we were looking up down left right for a decent shop selling Western Food but it was Asian Food everywhere lar which is totally unexpected. We end up getting what we want BUT it’s from a Thai shop from one of the food courts LOL. We filled up our hungry stomach with that huge serving of fish & chips (we didn’t finish it all in the end because we’ve decided that it’s not that great and unhealthy and fattening) Definitely will go to Fremantle next time to eat tastier Fish & Chips? After that, we hopped onto a Red Cat and headed to Harbour Town WANTING TO BUY SOMETHING but in the end we both got nothing for ourselves.

That’s the Keds shoe that my mum had been eyeing on for months. I thought of getting one Keds flats for myself too but there was nothing fancy so Lucky you Mummy!

After an hour or something walking around all the shops, we stopped by at Gelare to have a taste of their smooth creamy ice-cream!!

Initially I ordered Medium which costs me $5 consisting of ONE scoop with TWO flavours. So I picked Cookies and Cream dengan Chocolate Chip Vanilla la kan, the new girl (I assume) gave me TWO scoops instead of the flavours I’ve ordered which supposedly cost even more. But since she’s done the mistake, I get the extra serving with the price of what I’ve ordered! After all that, it’s time for us to head back to the city and go to our sister’s and sister’s bf’s offices respectively. But we totally got jakun-ed by the fountain place full of seagulls.

We were pretty much chasing after seagulls like cuckoos. Which is FUN!

On a recent Monday, it was a public holiday (Labour Day) here in Australia so we all went to Victoria’s house to hang out and eat pancakes made by Aaron and Yin. But before we could actually sink our teeth into the sinful pancakes, we had a nice dinner first!

The salad dressing is a combination of orange juice + lemon juice and sourish stuffs. It was sourishly nice.

Now, after the scrumptious meal, we rested for 10 minutes and began making pancakes. We had melted chocolate alongside with the pancakes and drizzle some of the chocolate sauce onto creamy vanilla ice-cream to go with the pancakes. YUMMY!!!

All in all, it was great having to spend time like that REGARDLESS of thinking the amount of food I put into my stomach.

Ps : I’m starting to get my homesick but it’s in a minor scale. Well, actually I don’t know whether it’s homesick of homefoodsick because it’s been only a month since I’ve stayed here and I sudah list out the places and food I want to go and eat when I go back. GLUTTON?
